Housed in a robust carry box with integrated handles and optional straps, this system includes a 12/24V pump, high-efficiency 4000-gauss Micromag for magnetic particle capture, and KLEENOIL’s natural cellulose depth filter cartridge, all powered via an XT60 battery connection for quick hook-up to any field battery. It’s an ideal solution for heavy plant, to precision equipment, small generators, CNC machines, and portable service tasks—especially where using larger KLEENOIL MS units is impractical.
What KLEENOIL Does – Clean Oil, Clean Fuel, Cleaner Performance
At the core of every KLEENOIL system is a natural cellulose filter element designed to slowly and effectively remove water, fine particulates, and sludge down to 3 microns, while retaining vital oil additives. This depth filtration process draws a small flow of oil polishes it thoroughly, and returns it to the system—creating a loop of continuous purification without interrupting normal operation.
The results are profound:
- Water is reduced to less than 0.05%, eliminating corrosive acid formation
